Nature's Water Show: Fly Geyser!
In the early days of the
20th-century, the owner of Fly Ranch in Nevada, decided to dig a new
well to water his crops. When he reached the reservoir, he was in for an
unpleasant surprise – the water was 200°f (93°c), making them too hot
to use.
