The winter

allergies, such as myself. Allergic reactions occur when allergens are
present. The most common allergens are dust mites, animal dander,
pollen, insect bites, and mold spores. The symptoms involve sneezing,
wheezing, itchy eyes, skin rashes and runny nose.
Allergies can be kept under control
with antihistamines, but there are certain foods that act as natural
allergy relief medication. Here are the top 10 foods and herbs that
