Think back to when you were a young child. Like most children, you were probably eager to grow up, eager to celebrate your birthday each year, and eager to turn another year older. But by the time we hit our 30s, our perception on ageing and celebrating our birthday may have started to change. We are not as cheerful to turn another year older as we had been when we were kids.
