1. The Northern Lights bar, Iceland Aptly named, this bar is part of the ION Hotel, which is located about an hour's drive from Reykjavík (Iceland's capital). You can grab a drink, look up at the sky and enjoy nature's original light-show.

2. The Chill Ice, Quebec City, Canada Sculpted entirely out of ice, the bar actually melts every summer and rebuilt come winter time. They serve refreshingly cold drinks here, but you should probably wear something warm before you come in...
