30 Minutes of Exercise Make All the Difference.
Yes, I know you've heard this before,
exercise is great for you and a good, healthy body requires it. But to
do something, it's best if we know exactly why we should do it, and what
happens when we don't. Why are those 30 minutes of exercise so darn
important?
