How to Boost Your Energy Levels

We’ve all been there – you had a coffee too late in the day, or there was a really interesting program about wild herons in Western Africa on the discovery channel. Suddenly it’s 2am, and you have to wake up in four hours. Here’s how you energize yourself even if you didn’t get enough sleep. Please be advised, however, that sleep deprivation is not healthy, so don't make a habit of it and try to get at least 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.
