The Spectacular Northern Lights Are God's Fingertips

The Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis (which means 'Dawn of the North'), is the most spectacular of all natural wonders, because it is the only one I can think of that showcases the wonder of the Universe. You can feel a real spiritual awe from beholding these billions of starry lights. The images here were captured by a young photographer, Damon Beckford, and his friend during a recent camping trip across Scandinavia. They frequently slept out in the cold Norwegian night, fortified and heated only by the tremendous glow of the aurora they were privileged to witness. You can see just why they suffered all for the sake of this beauty!
