Test Yourself: Can You 'Read' People?

 

A noted professor, Dr. Albert Mehrabian, was interested in checking how much of our communication with one another is made by non-verbal cues. He found that 7% of any message is conveyed through words, 38% of the message is conveyed by using certain vocal cues that aren't words, and a whopping 55% of the message is conveyed through nonverbal elements (facial expressions, gestures, posture, etc).
