Artist Max Zorn Uses Packing Tape for His Art Pieces
Art never fails to impress me. The
fact that every artist has his or her own preferred style, technique,
media, and canvas makes art so fantastically varied, and that's the
beauty of it. These thoughts came to mind while viewing Dutch artist Max Zorn's outstanding
masterpieces, but when I discovered how he'd created them, I was blown
away all the more. By using strips of packing tape overlapping each
other on acrylic glass, he forms beautiful images of people, cities,
rivers, and several other urban-inspired objects. When you consider the
expertise behind this technique, it's difficult to deny that these
pieces are truly worthy of appreciation.
